My passion is for awakening individuals to the opportunities that are available to them to become more of who they really are and to have more of what they really want in their lives. My business is Lizard Life Coaching and I love to coach my clients to come out from the places where they have been hiding to claim their place in the World.
After a career of 20 years in IT, working in the public sector and for a large telecoms company, as a systems designer, business analyst and project manager, I decided to focus on the development of people. I left my corporate position to study Psychology (BA hons) at the University of Wales, and then trained with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) as a Co-active coach, setting up my life coaching business in 2001. Becoming a Co-active coach built on my skills and experience of working with people, both in business and in the not-for-profit area. I have been a volunteer leader with Girlguiding UK for over 30 years, working with girls and adult leaders to help them reach their potential.
I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a member of CTI faculty, leading training courses in the UK and around Europe, and am a certification program leader for Co-Active Coaching. I am an accredited PCC with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a member of the Association for Coaching.
I am committed to the professional development of coaches, especially in Wales, where I lives. I am an accredited Coaching Supervisor, trained with the Coaching Supervision Academy, and a member of the Association for Coaching Supervisors.
